- Our team of highly skilled acrylic fabricators have the experience and know how to create high end, high quality and unique pieces
- We have the ability to work with a wide range of materials: extruded and cast acrylic (Plexiglass®, Chemcast®) polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, UHMW), polycarbonate sheet and film productions (Lexan® Makrolon®, TUFFAK®), co-polyester, hi-impact poly-styrene (H.I.P.S., UV stabilized, custom coloured and various textures), A.B.S. (custom coloured and various textures), closed-cell (expanded) PVC (Sintra®, Komatex®)
- Our 3 CNC machines allow for precise and efficient cutting (various materials, various shapes and sizes)
- Large onsite ovens allow for forming of custom shapes, including custom channel letters
- Custom line bending coils allow for precise bending at specific points
- Solvent welding to form strong, clear joints
- With in house printing (roll to roll and direct to substrate printing), we can achieve high end point of purchase displays, beautiful wall mounted pieces and a wide variety of custom signage
- We also offer our clients the ability to create custom colour signage, dimensional lettering using the Matthews Paint© system
